Victoria Foreign Language School

Come teach English in Jilin Province's capital city, Changchun! Victoria Foreign Language School, located in the city centre of Changchun, is looking for qualified individuals who are passionate about teaching English. VFLS is able to provide teachers with what they want: choice. Teaching ranges from beginner English in local kindergartens to advanced English in colleges and universities. Whatever your teaching preference may be, VFLS will do its best to accommodate.

The contract includes:
- free living accommodation
- free Chinese lessons
- airport pickup and hotel accommodation upon arrival
- return airfare or cash bonus upon contract completion
- 20-30 teaching hours each week
- a monthly salary ranging from 4800RMB-7200RMB
- Chinese Working Visa and Foreign Expert's Certificate

Requirements:
- TESOL/TEFL certificate (or the equivalent thereof)
- a university degree/college diploma (preferred) OR one year of teaching experience in lieu of
- an positive, energetic disposition and an open mind
- must be a native English speaker from an English speaking country, such as Canada, America, Australia, England, etc.

Located in northeastern China about two hours from Beijing by plane, Changchun is the perfect city for those wishing to travel during their stay in China. Changchun located very close to neighbouring countries such as Korea, Japan, Mongolia, and Russia, so there are many travel options during the holidays. As well, Changchun boasts an exceptionally low cost of living, making it an ideal destination for those wishing to save money for travel.
