W.C.I.E.E.

W.C.I.E.C. was established in 2004 to fulfill a need in the educational sector that had previously been neglected. That need was the recruitment, training and placement of qualified foreign English teachers in educational institutions in Hengyang, Hunan. Currently W.C.I.E.C. is still fulfilling that need and at the same time expanding its borders. The ‘International Human Resource Department’ which specializes in the hiring and placement of teachers has been developing relationships with schools and institutions throughout China and is now a subsidiary of W.C.I.E.C. named Wan Cheng International English Education (W.C.I.E.E.). The staff not only contacts the institutions by phone but travels to their facility to partake in meetings that affect the English department. They assist in curriculum planning for the upcoming school year and assist in the selection of materials and books that best suit the needs of the students. At this time W.C.I.E.E. is able to offer teachers training and positions that meet their criteria far as school type and location. It is the aim of W.C.I.E.E. to build relationships with schools and teachers that will have a lasting effect. The goal of W.CI.E.E. is to deliver what they promise without compromise.
