Smiling Star is a Singaporean owned educational company. Established in Singapore in 1999,we seek to be a one stop educational centre to provide parents with the option to choose the appropriate enrichment programme for their children. In Shanghai, we run two main programmes - English Phonics and playgroup, targeted at 4-10 and 2-3 year old children respectively.
