Teaching Position in Shanghai. Teaching Hours: up to 30hrs/week. Salary: 12,000RMB-14,000RMB (Chinese yuan)/month (about $1,866 US/month). Round-trip airfare reimbursed and airport pick-up, paid sick leave and holidays, health insurance provided (50% by the school 50% by the teacher), assistance in obtaining and reimbursement for cost of a Chinese work Visa, assisting in finding housing but the teacher will have to pay themselves (approx. 2000-2500RMB/month).
Must be a native American English speaker. Minimum BS/BA in any field (prefer education degree or similar) from an accredited College or University. Must enjoy working with children. Fluent verbal (non-accented) and written English skills requisite. A commitment to a 1or 2 years contract is required. Teaching experience is preferred.
