English Language Teachers Required for Private Language Schools in Hong Kong

Our client is recruiting EFL teachers to participate in a large and successful English language programme in Hong Kong. Successful candidates will teach children between the ages of 3 and 12 at private language schools across the country. Teachers will be contracted to work approximately 40 hours per week.

Main duties:

• Designing and running activities

• Customising lesson plans

• Administering student progress reports to parents

• Preparing craft activities

Essential Criteria (to apply for the positions you MUST meet the client’s following requirements):

• Native English Speaker

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

• Hold a TEFL/TESOL/CELTA qualification

• Have some experience working with young children

• *If candidate holds a degree in early childhood education, or a teaching related degree, there is no requirement for a TEFL qualification*

Package:

• First month probationary salary of 14,500 HKD (dependent on experience and qualifications)

• Salary for subsequent months of 19,500 HKD (dependent on experience and qualifications)

• Paid overtime

• Medical insurance provided

• 9-12 days of paid annual leave per year plus an additional 16-17 paid public holidays

• 1 year renewable contract

• Contract bonus upon completion of two years employment
