Position vacant for ESOL Instructors with one of the Leading Saudi Corporation specializing Professional and Language Training
Place of Work:
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in a pre-designated location, managed, owned or leased by Arabian Education and Training Group or any of its subsidiaries.
Duties:
* To teach Arabian Group Prescribed ESL Curriculum to adults and in specific situations to young adult learners.
* To assist in collecting, collating and evaluating ESL delivery information and student data.
* To assist in providing periodic assessment, skill acquisition evaluation examinations, and preparation of test result reports for their assigned classes.
* To assist in developing new or custom specific needs programs.
* To assist and manage, where asked, with social activities for students and extracurricular assignments.
* To maintain and uphold the ethical and professional standards and guidelines established in the academic policies of the institution.
Compensation Package includes:
* Tax Free Salary.
* Furnished Single Accommodation or alternatively Three (3) months salary for housing allowance.
* Comprehensive health insurance.
* Free commuting facility
* One (1) month annual paid leave after Eleven (11) months on the job.
* Fully paid Public Holidays.
* Free Airfare for the candidates plus three (3) dependents.
* Complete re-reimbursement of expenses incurred for processing of work visa and initial arrival on the job.

Requirements:
The Prospective Instructor may possess at least one of the following credentials to qualify for this position:
* An undergraduate Degree in Applied Linguistics/TESOL Track (BA/Applied Linguistics).
* An undergraduate Degree in Education with English Language Teaching Major (B.A. Ed).
* A General Undergraduate Degree, preferably in Humanities with one of the TESL Certifications, TEFL-USA, TESOL-Canada, CELTA or Trinity College Diploma-UK.
* A Masters Degree in TESOL/Education with English Language Teaching Track.
* A Ph. D in Applied Linguistics and/or Applied Language Studies.
* No Degree or Credential stated above that is not earned full time or part time in classroom shall not be accepted.
* A B.A. Applied Linguistics or a B.A. Ed Degree supplemented by one of the Professional Certifications shall earn extra points towards the remuneration package.
* Minimum of Two years experience in a TESOL position following the award of TESL Certification required.
