Our focus is the management, production, and development of our creative learning materials, company best practice content, and core product materials with a mix model of delivery, both printed and digital.
For this exciting task we need a passionate team member that will assist us in maintaining content standards, developing on-going and new products, and delivering quality content to our students and international staff.
The role will be responsible for supporting international staff members for best practice content development, proofreading, editing, and typesetting our blended learning materials, and supporting a pool of authors in the creative content phases. This is a position that will have a real impact on the content that is delivered in our network and to our students.
Essential Skills/Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- Upper Intermediate level of Spanish (able to liaise with supplier and vendors)
- Experience authoring lesson plan content
- Exceptional Proofreading skills to ensure quality error-free versions
- Editing skills to ensure error-free versions
- 5 + years of TEFL teaching experience to adults
- CELTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Manage educational content in lesson plan design
- Excellent organisational and planning skills: able to work on multiple projects and work-streams at the same time and prioritise accordingly
- Confident communicator, able to manage remote relationships, provide constructive feedback and a collaborative attitude.
- Naturally pro-active and able to stay focused and calm under pressure
Preferred Skills/Requirements:
- University degree preferably related to literature, language, translation or education
- Knowledge and experience with digital educational material
- Knowledge and experience with HTML coding
- Knowledge and experience in specific software programs - MS Office (Word, Excel), Adobe Suite, Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop,
