These postions are to begin in January 2014.
We are currently looking for professionals who desire to explore the education field, or those credentialed teachers who wish to obtain experience in a classroom through our Educational Exchange Program.
Current openings in all subjects (Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, Math) for Elementary, Middle and High School:
The ideal candidates will hold a teaching certificate, or classroom experience teaching a particular subject, we do not hire ESL teachers, since our curriculum is delivered in English. Minimum requirement B.A. B.S.
We also have openings in our Early Learning Center: Early Childhood Education studies a must. We have an opening for an administrative position in the area of Early Childhood.
SCHOOL CALENDAR
January through October with a mid-year break. In order to accommodate international candidates some positions begin the first week in June.
SCHOOL SCHEDULE
From Monday to Thursday classes are held from 7:30 to 3:00 p.m.; on Friday, classes are held from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Fridays afternoon are used for Professional Development. Co-curricular activities are held Monday – Thursday 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
BENEFITS OFFERED THROUGH THE EDUCATIONAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM
CDA requires a one year commitment in order to offer a contract. The year could be either for one full academic year beginning the first weekday in January and ending the second Friday in November or beginning the first weekend in June and ending the second Friday of next June. Teachers may stay longer if they wish to do so.

• Air fare (the return portion will be provided upon completition of the contract)
• Housing is provided in a shared two-bedroom furnished apartment that includes all basic utilities, cable, internet, electricity, etc.

• Transportation to/from school on school buses
• Cell phone
• After-school clubs/tutorials for an additional stipend.
*The school opens a bank account and debit card with a local bank.
