Quality Teaching Manager

Globoworld currently opens hiring process for 2 Quality Teaching Managers. Candidates must be native speakers of English, have sheer knowledge of teaching methodology and didactics, and substantialteaching experience (at least 2 years) especially with Spanish-spoken students. Must have the ability to lead, support and train inexperienced teachers toward excellence at all level of classroom management and the academics of language acquisition. Must have the ability to create class material and teaching aid for efficient classroom use. Communicative level of the Spanish language a big plus.
