Full-time Native English Speaking Kindergarten and Elementary Teachers Needed in Sunny Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, Mexico
American School Foundation of Chiapas, A.C. is looking for full-time Native English Speaking Kindergarten and Elementary Teachers in Sunny Tuxtla Gutierrez, Chiapas, who can start immediately.
We offer a rich educational program, structured upon well established curriculum guidelines from theAmerican School System, as well as from those stated by the Mexican Ministry of Education aswell as those from California, USA.
We ensure a safe and thoughtful environment in whichstudents are encouraged to grow as independent, respectful, and responsible learners. Wevalue the ideologies of Guided Learning and teaching through Multiple Intelligences. At ASFC,we promote a cooperative and friendly work environment.
Candidates must be qualified, certified teachers with English as their native language who hold an Education degree and/or state teaching certification in Elementary or Early Childhood Education. Should be creative,
enthusiastic,experienced, flexible, qualified, thoughtful teachers. We prefer that our teachers have at least one year experience. Intercultural and universal values are required for our teachers’ best performance and understanding, with the idea of avoiding any cultural shock.
• Must have at least 1 (ONE) year experience in teaching (TEFL certificate a huge plus but not required with sufficient teaching experience).
• Must have Bachelors diploma
WE OFFER:
Contract for 2 years 2013-2014; 2014-2015
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Monthly salary 9,500 pesos
Monthly rent 4,000 pesos
Year End bonus 5,000 pesos
