Looking for Highly Motivated and Certified Teachers

Panyathip International School is a K-12 school in Vientiane, Laos. We are currently looking for highly motivated and certified teachers for the upcoming school year. Teachers are offered 10-month contracts which begin as soon as possible.

Requirements:

Four-year degree (preferably in education or with post-bac certification)

Ability to adapt and thrive in a beautiful, developing country with a tropical climate

Self-motivated, open-minded, team-player

Benefits:

$1500 monthly salary (tax-free)

Free lunches provided at school

Work visa and permit provided by the school

Vacancies:

Middle School Maths

High School Maths (IGCSE/AS level curriculums)

Work hours are 800am-330pm. Teachers have less than 25 periods (45 minutes each) along with responsibilities to attend weekly meetings and assemblies as well as participate in the supervision of common areas at selected times during each week.

Due to the urgency of the start date, teachers without teaching certification but with verifiable teaching experience will be highly considered. Also, certified teachers who can arrive before September 2nd, 2013 may be offered travel reimbursement.
