2 Teaching Vacancies in Northern Morocco - Start October 1st

We have two amazing TEFL teaching opportunities available in Tetouan, northern Morocco.

The placements are with a privately owned language school that follows a British curriculum.

Overview:

- teach children from the ages of 7 or even younger to adults

- all levels of English from beginner to advanced

- teaching conversation classes, one to ones and small tailor made groups

- teaching hours will be Min of 6 to 40 hours a week depending on student enrollment

- Location - Tetouan, Morocco

Start date

- October 1st 2013

Salary & Benefits:

- accommodation provided : small furnished apartment near to the school, WIFI

- close to all amenities and transport links

- two bed apartment: shared with another teacher

- each teacher will have their own bedroom but shared bathroom and kitchen

- electricity and water bills to be paid by the teacher

- competitive weekly salary based on Moroccan standards of living of 600dh a week.

About the school

- privately owned English language school

- founded in 2011

- we have three terms and each term consists of 30 hours ( ten weeks) of in class study

- classes are mostly in the evening from 5 pm to 9:30 pm, however some morning classes also available which are usually classes for housewives. School also has a Saturday

class for preschool children

- all students are local Moroccan students that live in the surrounding area

- school uses Macmillan books along side own teaching materials but it is mainly following a book

Requirements

- bachelors degree (any field)

- native English speaker

- teaching experience preferred

- TEFL or CELTA qualification
