English Teachers Needed in Madrid
We are currently hiring 2013-2014 academic year. We are the top language academy in Madrid, Spain. English for Fun is in the heart of the city. We are a luxury center for children and adults. We are not the typical academy with worksheets, large class sizes and boredom! We have a beautiful school with all of the modern technologies imaginable. We teach English through the 5 senses-we cook, we do arts and crafts, we sing and dance, and we have a lot of fun.
The academy began in October of 2008 in the owner's living room. Today, our school has over 400 weekly students as an after school activity program. We continue to grow at a rapid pace. In the 2013-2014 academic year we are opening 2 new educational projects:
English for Fun Preschool
English for Work
This is a company where you count! You can make a difference in the lives of your students and you can be a part of something special. There is room for growth within English for Fun as well. We are an ethical company so educators are paid in payroll with all proper social security and tax payments covered by the employer. There are also additional opportunities to earn money at the company through working special events, intensive camps and residential camps in exotic locations throughout the year.
Requirements:
*LEGAL WORKING PAPERS in the European Union
*University degree in the field of Education.
*A minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a classroom. Preference is given to those with experience working with children.
*A dynamic teaching philosophy
*A positive attitude
*A team work mentality
*A 2 year commitment
Positions Available for 2013-2014 school year to begin on September 1:
*Head Preschool Teacher (2-3 year olds). *Teacher must report to Madrid on August 26th to settle in and prepare classroom.
*English for Fun full-time teacher
*Director of Studies at English for Work
*Full Time teacher at English for Work (Adults)
**There are several part time positions available as well**
The salary package is very competitive at English for Fun. We also provide housing for our full-time employees. It includes holiday pay and bonuses throughout the year. Our salary is also very competitive for our part-time employees.
