Teaching Jobs - ESL Teachers - Government Language School

Teach Away in Vietnam! Teach Away is currently hiring ESL instructors for exciting teaching opportunities in Districts 1 and 5 of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Working within a government language school, these ESL teachers will teach students ranging from children (ages 7-15) to adults (16 and up). In addition to being involved in the instruction of the English language, teachers will also be responsible for student counselling and curriculum development. Successful candidates will be flexible, culturally aware, and possess excellent communication skills. Applicants must have experience teaching young learners and/or experience teaching test-taking skills (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.) in order to qualify.

Monthly Salary: $15-19/hour; approx. $20,000 USD/year
Airport Pickup: Provided
Contract Duration: 1 year
Vacation: 4 weeks unpaid vacation time

TEACHING JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Level of Education: Bachelors
Teaching Experience Required: Experience teaching very young learners, and/or experience teaching test-taking skills (TOEFL /IELTS/TOIEC)
Teacher Category: TEFL Instructor
Certifications Required: TESL/TEFL Certificate over 100 hours
