Native English Teacher needed ASAP!

Summary:Two native teachers are wanted to work in a quaint town in the interior of Brasil (Espera Feliz, Minas Gerais). This is great oppotunity to develop your career as ESL teacher. The semester is from mid-July ro mid-December. Working visa is not required!

Payment:900 reais per month. for 25-30hours of teaching per week. Fully-furnished accommodation is provided by the school.

Qualifications required:TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or equivalent.

Details:Brazil isn't a place for making money as an ESL teacher. We are specifically located in small towns where we can't charge a lot for English lessons and consequently we can't pay a lot of money to our teachers, but the important thing is that we faciliate English learning and provide people here with access to opportunities that they would never have dreamed possible without our schools and culture exposure. Most of the teachers come here for developing their career as ESL teachers than necessarily for making money. Of course they also enjoy experiencing real brazilian culture first-hand (Minas Gerais is famous for having the happiest people in Brasil!).

You will be expected to work around 30 hours a week or more if necessary which you will be paid extra for.

We are looking for someone capable of teaching all levels and ages including young learners. We require someone who is flexible, enthusiastic, outgoing and motivated, with an adaptable and positive attitude to all aspects of thier work.

We can only welcome freelancers on a visitor's visa. It is almost impossible to get a working visa in Brazil, which is why we can only take applicants for the duration of six months.

Unfortunately we can't pay for your travel expenses. You are responsible for buying your ticket and travel insurance.

You will get your salary on a monthly basis in cash. You will be paid R$900.00 (Nine hundred Brazilian Reais) a month for 30 hours a week (you will be paid for any extra hour worked above 30 hours) which is the average local salary for English Teachers.The Contractor does not receive sick pay.Accommodation is provided free of charge in a nice and comfy flat fully furnished. If you enjoy cooking you could spend less than R$200.00 a month on food.
