Native English Speaking Teachers Needed
Native speakers only!
General description: teaching English as a foreign language to children 3-6, schoolchildren, adults (all categories).
Period of contract: September 2013 – June 2014
Amount of work: approximately 96 hour per month (64-70 hours with pre-school children, 26-32 with school children and adults).
Special training before the beginning of the year is provided.
CREF is a center that provides English and French courses for kids between the ages 2-6, school children and adults.
The goal of P'titCREF (pre-school) is to teach young children from the age of 2 communicating in English in a fun and interactive way. There’s a full-time program with all necessary materials and recommendations for the teachers. A 1-week training before the beginning of the year is provided. During the year professional help from methodist, seminars and trainings.
GrandCREF deals with teaching school children and adults in small groups or individually. We use EFL manuals by Longman, Oxford, Cambridge.
Teachers's main responsibilities:
-prepare weekly lesson plans according to the program of P’titCREF or GrandCREF
-prepare and run special events for children and adults (Halloween, Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.)
-administer student progress reports to the manager
-prepare and run extracurricular activities for children between 3-6 yo.
-participate in teachers’ meetings and trainings and seminars
-marking attendance daily
Requirements:
-Native English Speaker only
-TEFL OR CELTA preferred
-Teaching experience preferred
-University Degree from and accredited university.
-Patient, creative, enthusiastic, and MUST enjoy working with kids.
Benefits:
-payment 370 rub per hour (approximately 1170$ per month)
-Multiple one year visa
-Comprehensive 1-week training program (lodging, food, travelling expenses in case the training is held in a different P’titCREF school are covered)
-14 days paid holidays per academic year
-flight reimbursement in the amount not more than 500$
-medical insurance
- accommodation (city centre) half-price (approximately 160-180$ per month)
