Qualified English teacher to join the IGCSE team working with grades 7-9
TGES, an international English medium school in Rajkot, Gujarat, is looking for a qualified English teacher to join the IGCSE team working with grades 7-9.
The role of the teacher will be to teach English Literature at IGCSE level, full time (Mon-Fri).
We are looking for a native anglophone with a passion for literature. Candidates with experience of teaching the IGCSE or GCSE syllabus will be given priority (but please do not hesitate do apply if you feel you would suit the role). Experience teaching abroad, especially in India, is preferable but not compulsory. The candidate must be dynamic, motivated, and able to adapt to the Indian way of life.
The contract is valid for one year from 1st June 2013 (or as soon after as possible) with the opportunity to renew after 12 months.
Monthly salary is 100000 indian rupees, or 1119 GB pounds per month.
