Volunteer positions - Volunteer English Teachers - Public Schools in Chile
Teach Away in Chile! Teach Away is now accepting applications for very exciting volunteer teaching positions in Chile! These volunteers will teach English in Chilean public schools while staying with a local Chilean family. This program offers a great opportunity to gain international teaching experience, along with the chance to immerse within the Chilean culture. Successful candidates should possess previous experience living or travelling overseas, and must be highly dedicated, responsible, and flexible.
All candidates will be expected to have access to sufficient funds in order to cover any personal expenditures throughout the program. Benefits of this program include: TEFL certification from the University of Toronto; online pre-departure orientation; airport pickup; all-expenses paid orientation in Santiago; transportation from Santiago to regional placement sites; accommodations and meals with host family; e-learning Spanish course; teaching materials and educational resources to be used in school placement. Start dates are available in March, April, June, and July 2013.
