The Macedonia Schools Project (MSP) is seeking volunteers to teach conversational English in Southwest Macedonia. MSP is partnering with a Macedonia NGO, Проект за македонските училишта, that will provide qualified Macedonian teachers to assist American volunteers in realizing a challenging and invigorating classroom experience. Summer 2013 is the first time the MSP will offer this program. Qualifications: Experienced or retired teachers or college level students interested in teaching and gaining a cross-cultural experience.
Costs: Air-flight is approximately $1,700 to reach Ohrid, Macedonia. Tuition is $550 for a 2-week experience, $650 for 3-weeks.
Accommodations: The tuition will cover housing with a local Macedonian family close to the school and breakfast each day.
Transportation: MSP hosts will meet you at the Ohrid airport and provide transportation to your housing.
