Pacific Ocean English Language Center is located in the city of Thu Dau Mot, capital of the province of Binh Duong, 30 km north of Ho Chi Minh City.

Thu Dau Mot is a small city of 200 thousand inhabitants, and, to many, a preferred place to live in, because of its better traffic and pollution conditions, and is within only a one-hour driving distance from Ho Chi Minh City.
