marketing college based in Jeddah,Saudi Arabia looking for Phds degree professonals for the following :
Provide functional oversight of all the general courses programs.
Attract, mentor, advise, and retain students and faculty.
Guide curriculum development as internal and external needs evolve, submit new programs.
Ensure all activities related to the accreditation of General courses programs meet or exceed standards.
Manage department faculty to include: evaluations, appointments, compliance and discipline.
Effectively address the academic concerns of students and faculty.
Attract, motivate, and inspire students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
Create an environment of trust, integrity, and accountability while fostering a positive climate for learning and development within the department.
Create a culture and work ethic that will maximize efficiency and performance in the department
Conduct regular meetings with faculty and document discussions.
Take a reduced teaching load .

Strong commitment to high academic standards, and ability to provide leadership in maintaining and strengthening academic excellence.
Communicate information and ideas clearly
Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally.
Required Education and Experience:
Earned a Ph.D in communication ,(preferably in Advertising)
management and leadership experience in a university with demonstrated ability to lead academic programs.
Professional advertising experience is highly preferable.
