Teach English in the Republic of Georgia
Requirements:
Speak English fluently and clearly
Education: Must have at least two years of college/university.
Nationalities: Open to all nationalities.
Be in good mental and physical health
Must be able to complete a background check
A teaching certificate or ESL certification is preferred, but not required
No experience required
Contract Length:
One semester or two semesters (your choice)

Ag e of Students:
Elementary school age – grades 1-6
Salary/Benefits:
A monthly stipend of 500 Georgian Lari (approximately $300 USD) * 500 Georgian Lari is higher than the average local salary.

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 30 hours a week
Duties:
TLG volunteers will be co-teaching with a local English teacher in the classroom. They will be teaching at local elementary school (grades 1 through 6). Volunteer's primary responsibilities are to assist with speaking and listening lessons.
