BEP Full-time Teacher Needed – BEP Vietnam (9 months contract)
British Education Partnership (BEP) is a fast growing British owned organization that focuses on providing UK standard school teaching to local schools throughout Vietnam in order to help local Vietnamese schools “go bilingual”. We have a strategic partnership with Edexcel UK. And we have worked with more than 30 schools and with our current growing plan, we would like to invite a talented Full-time teacher to join our team and manage the delivery of our services so that we can meet and exceed the expectations of our client schools

Salary
* Exam fees for certificate in Cambridge TKT for YL
* Competitive salary guaranteed per month including travel (depending on experience)
* Overtime including travel costs (depending on type of class and experience)
* Medical insurance allowance up to 500USD per contract
* Attractive performance bonuses
* Business visa and work permit arranged and covered by BEP for the duration of the contract
* Assistance with reallocation cost to Vietnam
Responsibilities
* Deliver professional teaching programs effectively by running of classes and full participation in the life of school with high performance. To ensure all lessons have learning aims and are student-centered and make sure all products are delivered as expected.
* Perform professional management of administration duties by completing and being available for administrative and extra-curricular tasks when called for. To prepare and conduct tests for courses, conduct placement test when required, complete course admin such as record, reports…which are assigned or required by line leader.
* Ensure professional performance and appearance when representing BEP. Communicate effectively with internal or external clients.
* Help to manage any school and student feedback and complaints in an appropriate and timely manner to ensure student satisfactions are achieved as expected.
* Support overall operations and nation activities of BEP and Apollo English by coordinating with team to implement the duties when required.
* Raise valued ideas to support team in order to increase high quality service to students.
Essential requirements
* Native English speaker
* A first degree
* CELTA/TEOFL/or equivalent teaching qualification.
* YL specific qualification (IHCYL or equivalent) desirable
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
* Adaptability, flexibility and cultural awareness
* Clean police record & Satisfactory references
* Experience working in Asia and /or a developing country (preferable)
* Experience in teaching UK or similar Primary/Secondary curriculum (preferable)
* Experience in teaching in a school setting with larger class sizes (preferable)
