Assistant Director and TEFL Teachers Needed
We are looking for qualified individuals for the following positions:
Assistant Director (HIRING FOR OCTOBER 1st): This person must be a self-starter. With the Director traveling to Lima and Costa Rica often for other projects, the A.D. must be a person who is mature, responsible, able to deal with people of all backgrounds, comfortable with being creative and flexible. This position requires a minimum of:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL, or business
• Two years of experience working in EFL oversees
• Dynamic, flexible, dedicated, responsible, creative, self-motivated, and comfortable with being a leader (which included dealing with poorly performing teachers, lazy students, angry parents, etc…)
TEFL/TESOL Course Instructor (HIRING FOR OCTOBER 1st and JANUARY 1st) : This person will teach our internationally accredited TEFL course to both native-English speakers wanting to become EFL teachers and Peruvians wanting the same. This position requires a minimum of:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or TESOL plus 5 years of teaching experience OR Master’s degree in Education or TESOL with 2 years of teaching experience
• Dynamic, flexible, dedicated, responsible, creative, self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
TEFL Instructor (HIRING BEGINNING FOR OCTOBER and throughout the year): These individuals will be teaching communicative English to Peruvian students, the minimum requirements are as follows:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field plus a 120 hour TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification course (on-site NOT online) with at least 10 hours of observed student teaching experience.
• Dynamic, fun, flexible, responsible, creative, adaptive, team-player who is willing to work with others and lead by example.

NOTE: Due to the economic realities of Latin America we CANNOT offer airfare to Peru nor housing. We do offer airport pickup, 2 nights stay in a local hotel, assistance finding housing, monthly training workshops, best pay for TEFL teachers in our city, monthly parties/outings.
