Academic Training Manager(ATM) required for a reputed oil and gas services provider in Khobar.
ATM will be reporting to Operations Manager.
Job Purpose:To manage the delivery of English and Maths Language Training Courses
Key Activities:Plan, Supervise, deliver Academic Training.
Supervise and Coordinate English and Maths Instructors.
Ensure that the department is managed well.
Provide clients with detailled student progress reports.
Requirements:A Bachelors degree in teaching English as a Second of Foreign Language(TESL/TEFL), Masters degree preferred.
CELTA/DELTA or equivalent teaching certificate
Must have at least 5 years of supervisory work experience preferably in Middle East.
