Teachers needed in shenzhen

This is Lily Chen from http://www.teachingd.com, we are a recruiting company that helps school in China to recruit English teachers. We have been in market for over 8 years and have good connection with schools around South China.

Currently we are looking for teachers for a project held by Shen Zhen Educational Department (SZED). In this project, the governmental funded organization will employ over 100 teachers and send them to work in different schools in one specific district, Shenzhen city. Since this is organized by the government, everything will be done in according to the policy of education department and the Foreign Expert department. Here are some details of the job itself.

Before you go into the details, make sure you fit in the following requirements (Regardless of nationality, race and sex, no matter what visa you are holding and currently where you are),

1. Bachelor degree and or above
2. TESOL, or TEFL, or any other equivalent certificate that proves your qualification in teaching
3. Age less than 60 (this is a must for a Foreign Expert Certificate and thus a work visa)

Duration of Contract: One year from 23^rd August, 2012 to 22^nd August 2013, applicant must physically be in Shenzhen before 22^nd August, 2012.

Location: Shenzhen city, China

Student: you will be assigned to teach in one school (either primary or middle, or high school), you may show your preference but it’s up to the SZED

What to teach: Spoken English material provided by school (different subjects including English literature, math, art, science, history, and geography)

Schedule: 35 to 40 working hours/week, less than18 classes/week, 40-50 minutes/class, classes are between 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday off, (detail schedule will be given after you on board)

Salary: RMB 8000-10000/month (income tax will be pose on salary over 4800rmb, around RMB800 have to be paid by the teacher if he earns over 10000/month)

Remarks:

Visa: foreign expert certificate and Z visa will be given

Housing: SZED will rent apartment building or hotel for teachers; you will be living with other teachers as neighbors, you are not suggested to rent your own shelter elsewhere in the city; it would be a no-sharing apartment with furniture and electric appliance

Transportation: SZED will either provide shuttle bus/van, or give extra allowance for teacher to commute by public transportation (taxi excluded) on monthly base

Meal: Breakfast and lunch are provided

Insurance: personal insurance (for accidence) and social (welfare benefit) insurance are both provided, for the social insurance, employee has pay about 10.2% of basic Monthly salary and employer pays 18.3%; employee can claim all the money on a one year contract completion in cash

Air fare reimbursement: will be given on a one year contract completion by providing air ticket, details to be determined

1. An updated resume
2. Passport (in color)
3. Current visa (in color) if you are in China currently
4. One photo with your face only (what we call photo for certificate)
5. One photo with you whole figure (we call it photo of daily life)
6. Degree (Bachelor or Master, or PHD) in color
7. TESOL/TEFL/other teaching certificate
8. Two reference letters by previous employers or tertiary education institute
9. Foreign expert Certificate (if you have a valid one)

(No. 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are must)

Meanwhile, please fill up the form attached and send it back to us with the documents above (the attached form is a MUST, only providing the form filled will be regarded as a qualified application, also please do it in one email if possible),

This is a really serious issue, and all the documents will be examined by SZED and then the Foreigner Expert Bureau, and we have to make sure your application are qualified for a work visa.
