What are the requirements for teaching English in Georgia?:

• A college or university degree
• You must speak English fluently
• American, Australian, British, Canadian, Irish, New Zealand, and South African residents are preferred, butReach To Teach will consider applicants from all over the world who speak English fluently
• Complete a medical assessment form that attests to your good health
• Complete an online background check. (You can get your results back within 2-3 days)
• Teaching experience is not required
• You must be under 55 years of age
• A love for children of all ages and abilities
• Energy and enthusiasm…of course!

Volunteer English Teachers receive the following benefits:

• A selection of well respected and good schools with a strong track record
• A monthly stipend of 500 Georgian Lari (approximately $300 USD)
