Working conditions:

* Prepaid lesson plans and a strong curriculum built by our developers in Seoul
* Get daily support from your Head Instructor or Faculty Management
* Training program for about a week (Mon-Fri) with professional trainers in Seoul prior to teaching (Hotel accommodations and transportation arrangements will be provided and paid for)
* 120 hours teaching requirement per month (overtime pay: 25,000 KRW / hour)
* No split shifts except during the intensives months
* Special classes for one month in January and August (summer and winter vacation) compensated with overtime pay (25,000KRW / hour)

Job details
- salary : 2.1M- 2.2M KRW per month (depending on an essay and interview with Seoul HQ)
- starting date : July
- one week of training in Seoul a week before starting date :unpaid training, but transportation and hotel accommodations will be covered by the academy
- students : elementaryand middle school
- teaching schedule : 4 to 7 pm (elementary) and 7:05 to 10 pm (middle school), 5 min break each hour
- maximum number of students per classrooms : 10 - 15
- teaching requirement : 120 hours per month (overtime : 25,000 KRW per hour)
- housing : free housing provided near the academy
- severance pay :one month pay after completion of one year contract
- intensives : special classes offered in January and August (a chance to earn more money)
- vacation : one week paid vacation

Qualifications

- Hold a valid passport from USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa

- Hold a minimum bachelor degree from an accredited university
