The unique boutique that is Jan & Elly:
All curriculum is created in house and prepared for the teachers, in other words you don't have to spend time creating lesson plans because it's already there.
Flexibility inside the classroom so each teacher can conduct the class with their own personal flare and finesse.
There isn't homework for the students or teachers, we do our best to have all work and marking done in class during the lesson.
There is a supportive ecosystem that exists throughout the school, everyone helps each other.
Minimized administrative work for the teacher which allows them to stay focused on the classes.
Numerous resources available for the teachers, we're only limited by our imagination.
Please send your resume, a recent photograph, professional references and a cover letter to Personnel Manager at jobs@jan-elly.com. Applicants that make it to later rounds in the interview process will have the opportunity to speak with existing teachers and staff to get a better idea of what sets Jan & Elly apart from the rest.
