Teaching In LCI
You will teach children aged from4 to 14 years old. Most children are passionate ,enthusiastic about English. They are generally well-behaved and very respectful. Any parent/teacher communication which is necessary will be handled by one of the bilingual Korean teachers. Korean teachers and foreign teachers strive to create a teaching environment based on cooperation and mutual understanding. Many kids at LCI have a good grasp of English and they are quite competent in conversation. Your role is to help students develop their verbal communication skills and to acquaint them with North American accent. Most students also study grammar and writing in their regular school programs as well. To help get new teachers up to speed, all teachers are given a thorough training on LCI curriculum, the materials and methodologies before their teaching. During your stay, all LCI staff supports and guides you to make your living memorable in Seoul.

Eligibility

- A citizen of one of the seven countries: Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, and South Africa
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in one of the seven countries above.
- Clean criminal record
- Mentally and Physically Healthy

Working Condition
Available Location : Seoul , Gyeonggi , Ulsan , Kangwon , Daejeon , Chungju , Gumi
Start Date : July – September , 2012
Salary : 2.1 – 2.4 Million Won / Month
Vacation : 2weeks + National Holidays
Teaching Level : Kinder – Elementary Student
Working Hour : 10:00 – 18:00 (M-F)
Teaching Hour : (120-130 Hours) / Month
OverTime : 30,000 Won / Hour
Housing : Single Furnished Housing Near School
