Teaching positions are available starting from September in Moscow, Russia
BKC – International House is one of the most respected Language Schools in Moscow. We have employment opportunities for both experienced and newly qualified language teachers.
As a member of the International House World Organisation we offer our teachers excellent opportunities for professional development. Our teacher training center is approved by Cambridge ESOL and is the only center in Russia successfully operating for the past 15 years. We offer Cambridge CELTA and DELTA courses on a regular basis as well as an active in-house training program, consisting of regular monthly training seminars and teaching workshops on topics directly related to our teachers' needs.
Our DOS and ADOSes also provide advice and support to teachers in the form of face-to-face meetings, teaching observations and feedback.
BKC International House Moscow is an approved test centre for Cambridge and IELTS exams
which gives our teachers an opportunity to develop their skills with exam preparation
courses and become an examiner.
Our teachers work with variety of levels and ages and average teaching schedule consists of 50% of Younger learners and 50% of adult groups. Children classes range from 3-10 y.o.,
teens 11-16, and adult classes from 17+.
Main Terms and Conditions of BKC-IH Moscow Contract
Salary: from USD 1370 per month before taxes (30 hour\9-month contract) and from USD 1115 per month before taxes (24 hour\9-month contract)
Length: 6-9 months
Contract package:
completion of the contract bonus - up to USD 1000
multiple-entry work visa, consulate fee paid by the school
shared accommodation
local public transport expenses paid by the school
airfare reimbursement
meeting at the airport on teacher's arrival
paid induction period upon arrival
paid holidays
health care
50% discount for Russian classes
24 hour emergency support line
discount on training courses, including Cambridge DELTA course
insurance fund
A successful candidate should have one of the following qualifications:
CELTA, Trinity TESOL (or 120 hours equivalent) or a Degree in TESOL.
