Greenheart Travel is accepting applications on a rolling basis for year round 2012 start dates for Georgia public schools.

The Georgia Ministry of Education and Science is dedicated to the development of Georgia and its people. They are looking to hire responsible, enthusiastic native or near-native English speakers who are motivated to learn and share knowledge. If you are looking for a unique, eye-opening and unforgettable experience, teach English in Georgia through Greenheart Travel and help make a difference!

We will have start dates twice per month through 2012. Please apply at least 6 weeks before your desired departure date.

Benefits:

-All expenses paid

-Round Trip flights booked by Ministry of Education

-Paid vacation: Teachers receive national holidays and public school holidays plus 18 additional days of paid vacation

- Paid stipend (500 Georgian Lari per month – approximately USD $280)*

- Stay with a Georgian host family

- Training in Georgia (Free Orientation)

- Free cell phone upon arrival

- Paid vacation for 24 working days during the summer holiday

- Free round trip flight home during summer break (for year-long contracts)

- Accident and medical insurance

*Volunteers are expected to pay their host families 100 Lari per month to help with food and utility expenses

Requirements

-You must be a citizen of the EU, USA, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia

-2+ years of college

- 20-60 years old

- National criminal record check

- Physically and mentally healthy

- Be flexible, open-minded, and adventurous

*No teaching experience required
