Two Teaching Positions Available in Moscow
CREF established in 1995 as a Multilanguage Educational Centre (based in the Centre of Moscow, Russia), has been successfully offering lesson to both corporate and private individuals for 15 years. (http://www.cref.ru )
Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking for an additional two teacher to service our Corporate Clients (Lessons take place usually in the offices of the Client). However, the teacher is expected to be capable of teaching people of all ages and all levels.
Contracts are for a period of 12 months from acceptance.
You will be expected to work a maximum of 105 actual hours (70 hours are guaranteed salaried pay with a requirement to work up to a maximum of 35 additional hours which will be paid as a bonus if worked) per month. This is equivalent to a maximum of 25 actual hours per week (37 academic hours) for a 5 day working week with the right to 2 days off per week.
Salary ranges from 45,000 RUR (guaranteed min. pay) [$1430 / €1040] to 69,500 RUR [$2210 / €1600] roubles/month (inc. bonus hrs) We offer the usual fully refundable Visa support, flight costs (half at start of contract, balance upon successful completion), private health insurance and other benefits. Additionally you will be entitled to all official Russian public holidays and 4 weeks paid holiday (28 days paid holiday including weekends)
Upon successful completion of the Contract, we will reward all teachers with an additional bonus equivalent to one months guaranteed salary i.e. 45,000 roubles
Please note, as a rule, we only provide assistance to find accommodation and do not directly provide Teacher accommodation. However, if you wish us to arrange accommodation (for which you will be legally liable), we would reduce the basic guaranteed salary to 30,000 RUR. Please note that this accommodation would be shared accommodation only.
Essential Requirements
• Very high proficiency in English with a recognised degree (with official apostil).
• Teacher should be born a native English speaker
• Hold a valid Passport.
• Have a recognised CELTA, TEFL I or TEFL Q or equivalent qualification.
• Experience of teaching/training Business English (General English to children is a plus) to adults of all ages and proficiencies.
