ELT Teacher Trainer

EXPERIENCE:teaching at different levels and ages, especially adults and young adults, and in different social contexts. Training teachers, workshop delivery, and tutoring Teacher’s diplomas.

Personal Skills:Enthusiastic, resourceful, creative, with high level of educational awareness and commitment, ability to work under pressure, good presentation and teaching skills, excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills. Well-educated Spanish and certified (C1) level of English. Ability to undertake extensive commitment for travel and work. Good improvising and convincing skills. Confident user of MS Office, especially Power Point. Impeccable presentation. Availability to constantly travel around the country.

JOB Responsibilities:Adapt, change, prepare, design and implement teaching manuals such as lesson plans, pacing charts, syllabi, and academic programmes in schools. Planning and delivering follow up sessions, workshops, for schools and seminars and conferences for larger audiences. Training ELT teachers in the use of new ELT programmes. Detailed follow-up to programme implementation and in-service training in the schools being served. Ability to offer company services and products.
