Part-time Teachers Needed in Mexico

Bridge Institute School of English is a reputable language institution located for the past ten years in the city of Querétaro. We are currently hiring for part-time positions starting in January 2012. Querétaro is known for being a safe and beautiful, medium-sized city located in the Bajío region about two and a half hours from Mexico City. The job consists of teaching morning and afternoon on-site Business English classes for a total of 7 to 10 teaching hours per week. Other languages are a plus but not a must since we also offer other language services (both teaching and translating) in Portuguese, German, French and Italian. The compensation for these classes and additional language teaching and translating services is sufficient to cover living costs such as rent, food and other necessary expenses. The school will also assist in finding adequate accommodations for new teachers. Normally, there are numerous opportunities for teachers to obtain extra hours by substituting at the institute or taking on private classes during their free hours.

The minimum qualifications to be considered for a teaching post at Bridge are an initial TESOL certificate (Trinity TESOL certificate or CELTA preferred) and at least one year of teaching experience. 1 year contract required.
