Native English teacher needed


IIG Training Center was established in 2009 as the training center of IIG Vietnam, the officially-authorized representative of the Educational Testing Service (ETS) in Vietnam and the Indochina region. Fueled with 10-year experience and well- known reputation in the education industry, especially in the fields of English training consultancy as well as English testing including famous TOEIC, TOEFL, GRE, SAT tests, IIG Training Center identifies itself as the provider of English training services with the international standard and premier differentiated qualities. Our current distinctive strengths are general English courses and the preparation courses for TOEIC and TOEFL. The course books are composed by our professional teachers who are fully experienced and have much understanding about TOEIC and TOEFL tests. Our teachers are carefully recruited, well-trained in foreign countries, very enthusiastic and considerate in their jobs. In addition, we have professional force of management and supporting staff.


We are now seeking for foreign teachers to teach English for secondary and high school students with the following information:


- At least 2 years of teaching experience.


- A recognized teaching qualification (CELTA, DELTA, TEFL, TESOL and the like) and/or Master degree in ELT, Applied Linguistics, or TESOL is an advantage.


- Ability to motivate learners


- Good communication skills


- Good presentation skills


- Customer service orientation


Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:


• Teaching:


- Planning and preparing courses and lessons;


- Delivering high-quality English language teaching on-site and off-site;


- Designing learners’ progress tests; Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of learners.


• Assessments and Reports:


- Providing or contributing to oral and written assessments, reports and references relating to individual learners and groups of learners;


- Monitoring learner progress and provide timely feedback to course supervisor to manage learners’ performance throughout a course;
