ELT – ESP – EMP Teachers Needed for 2015 -2016 Academic Year

Bezmialem Vakif University, a medical university located in the historic district of Fatih in Istanbul, Turkey, is seeking 3 native English language teachers to work in its Professional English for Medical Purposes (EMP) Program for the 2015-2016 academic year.

We are looking for teachers with the following qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher in English language or Communication Sciences with experience in teaching English for Medical Purposes

OR

· B.S. degree in health-related disciplines such as Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Audiology, Nutrition & Dietetics, Pharmacology, Medicine, Health Administration, Public Health etc.

· CELTA/DELTA, TESOL or TEFL

· At least 2-3 years of English language teaching experience

· Strong work ethics and professionalism

· In addition to general Medical English, having teaching experience in Pharmacy and/or Dentistry is a reason for preference
