TEACHERS WANTED FOR UP AND COMING SCHOOL IN POLAND

NEAL English Language Center is looking for outgoing, motivated teachers who are interested in being part of a team dedicated to helping people become fluent English language speakers. We the owners are also two of the primary teachers and are looking to recruit people who share our teaching philosophy, namely, that learning a language is a process and the role of a teacher is to assist students through that process in a fun and interesting way.

NEAL is located in the south of Poland near the Beskid Mountains. In the winter, skiing and snowboarding are very close and very cheap and in the spring and summer, there are many nearby lakes and mountains with endless outdoor activities. We are also very close the Czech border and there are many fantastic and easy weekend excursions that are fun year round.

The city of Bielsko itself has around 180,000 people and has many great pubs, bars and restaurants that are very popular among people of all ages. There is a university in Bielsko and, as a result, there are many students out and about who like to meet new people and practise their English with foreigners! There are also many interesting historical places within the city itself and also in nearby towns. Part of joining the NEAL team will obviously include firsthand experience of all these things. We are 100% focused on providing a very high level of English teaching to our students and part of that means making sure our teachers love living here!

Qualifications:

- Teachers must be Native speakers, from the US, UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.

- CELTA, TEFL, TESOL certified

- minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred

- previous experience in teaching with Direct Method although we assist all new teachers in learning the style we use at our school

- experience teaching FCE/CAE, Business English, Professional English, Kids groups preferred

Compensation:

- a competitive salary (it is possible to work more than the minimum contractual hours and make more money)

- one year contract with possibility of extension

- help finding comfortable, centrally located accommodation

- assistance in acquiring a VISA (if necessary)

- full professional support including teacher training
