Male, native English speaking teacher for the Ladprao area of Bangkok

We require a male, native English speaking teacher for a school in the Ladprao area of Bangkok.

We are looking for a teacher who is professional and responsible. A teacher who can engage and interact with the students and incorporate fun and entertaining activities into their classes.

The position is to teach English, Maths and Science to primary students, grades 4, 5 and 6.

Course books provided.

There are 27 teaching periods per week but only 19 classes as many classes are double periods. The contract hours are from 8.00am until 4.30pm

The contract starts in May and is for 12 months with a probationary period to be completed.

The contract is direct with the school.

The salary starts at 45,000 baht per month. Salary can be negotiated at the interview stage.

The teacher will be required to write and mark mid-term and end of term exams, and write end of term reports. Exams are for English only, not Maths or Science.

The teacher will also be involved in producing a short Christmas play as well as be part of an English presentation for the school’s Open Day.

Full support will be given to the teacher regarding these tasks.

The school also has short holiday courses in March, April and October.

The teacher has their own air-conditioned classroom with projector.

School lunch provided.

Non-B visa and work permit provided.

Requirements:

Male, native English speaking teachers only.

Should be between 24 and 45 years old.

Should have a bachelor's degree and TEFL certificate.

Teaching experience with primary students essential.

Teaching experience of Maths and Science desirable.
