High School EFL Position - Starting July 2015 - Miaoli, Taiwan

School Location: Miaoli, Taiwan

Contract (conditionally in accordance with the contract)

- July 2015 - July 2016, renewable

- This position is expected to start in early July 2015.

- Teachers are expected to arrive on week ahead.

- Junior & Senior School with Vocational division

- Campus is situated in the suburban area

Curriculum & Class Description

- Office hour Mon-Fri 8 am - 5 pm, 25 class weekly, 50 min per class

- EFL ( English as a Foreign Language), collaborating-teaching involved

- G7-12 Junior & Senior High, each class 25-40 students

Benefits (conditionally in accordance with the contract)

- Airfare Reimbursement TWD 40000 (around USD 1350)

- End of contract bonus TWD 30000 (around USD)

- Monthly attendance bonus TWD 3000 (around USD)

- Paid Vacation: Winter vacation, conditionally in accordance with the school calendar

- Monthly Salary TWD 64950 pretax ( around USD 2150), monthly costs of living ( food, rent, transportation, etc... ) in Taiwan is USD 700-900

- Monthly Housing Allowance TWD 5000 pretax( around USD 170), general rent in Taiwan is TWD 6000-12000 ( USD 200-400 )

TEACHER REQUIREMENTS:

- English native-speaker with a bachelor’s degree

- Teaching license certified for K-12 public school

(accept valid substitute teaching permit or provisional status)
