Teacher Trainer – Adult and Young Learner Education

The post holder will have extensive experience of working in a classroom context with both adults and young learners, as well as having solid experience of teacher training and an interest in keeping up to date with trends in teaching and research. To be able to write and deliver programmes to client specifications, the post holder will also have proven course-writing skills, being comfortable producing finished materials in Word and Power Point.

British Council Singapore is known for its substantial development opportunities. There will be opportunity over the two years to gain experience in training teachers from other sectors. The post holder will therefore be someone who is flexible, willing to learn new things, and open to change, including with a willingness to diversify and welcome the opportunity to work in new sectors.
