Salary: 5 Million Yen plus Annual Bonus

1. Key Responsibilities

• Grow overall revenue and profitability of ELC

• Oversee the strategic development of the ELC and planning of its activities

• Responsible for developing ELC’s business plan, setting its budgets and looking for new developmental opportunities

• Work closely with the Directors, Sales Manager and Marketing officer in order to maximize sales through effective marketing campaigns and the development of market-oriented programmes and courses

• Oversee the design, delivery, and management of teaching and assessment material

• Oversee faculty recruitment, training and evaluations

• Advise management on all aspects of ELC and English language provision

• Provide on-going review, evaluation, and improvement of programmes, courses and customer service

• Provide and support the professional development of faculty members

• Serve as a liaison for the ELC regarding partner relations, programmes, student success and concerns

2. Desired Skills

• At least 3-5 years management experience of an ELC for domestic and international students is essential, whilst demonstrating strong commercial success

• Likely to have a master’s degree with a TEFL diploma

• An enthusiastic educator who demonstrates passion in their field

• Proven excellent teaching, communication and team-working skills

• Curriculum development and marketing experience
