If your application is successful and you accept a job offer, you will be working for the Arabian Education Group(AETG) with its HQ in Riyadh and their own AL Faisal International Academy under the same roof, in a state of the art modern building. AETG is a major contractor in the Kingdom with English language programme projects in the public and private sector.

REQUIREMENTS

You MUST be a native speaker from the UK.Eire.US.Canada.Australia.New Zealand.South Africa.

- BA/MA degree, preferably in a related field(English, ESOL, Applied Linguistics). Unrelated degrees must be supported by a 120 hour TEFL qualification (online certificates will be considered)

- At least one year's relevant classroom experience in a salaried position

- we cannot accept applications from teachers who are 55 and over, sorry about that.

- able to build a good rapport with your students from day one

- creative when it comes to planning and executing your lessons, producing your own material is encouraged and appreciated to that effect

- have a positive outlook on life in general, you will need some adapting to a different lifestyle out there, and a different climate, in more than one sense.

WE OFFER

- a one year renewable single status contract, teaching couples are welcome, but must be married though

- US$ 30,000 - 55,000 pa, tax free

- prepaid flight to Riyadh initially, flight back home at the end of the contract

- rent free accommodation, single wherever possible, utilities paid for by the company

- free transport to and from the work place

- class A medical insurance

- all expenses for you visa will be paid for(UK) or reimbursed(others)

- US$ 165 cash advance on arrival

- also on arrival, a SIM card with a bit of credit to phone home or wherever

- holidays, about one week after Ramadan, same after Hajj, are paid, annual leave, month 12 of the contract is a paid one as well.
