Native English Teacher needed for a private nursery school in Buriram, Thailand

Echo English are looking to recruit a native English speaker for a private nursery school in Buriram, Thailand, commencing at the end of January, 2015.

This is a private nursery located in the town of Burriam, which is approximately 5 hours north-east of Bangkok. The town itself has a night market, convenience stores and shops, and teacher accommodation (not included) is located a short bike ride away, close to local amenities. The town is fairly small, but has shops and a few bars and areas of interest to local expats - it is close to the Khmer Sanctuary of Phanom Rung, which is one of the best preserved Angkorian temples in Southeast Asia and the place to go to catch the sunrise/sunset.

The teacher at this school will be working with children aged between 3-6 years of age. There are two lessons taught by the English teacher during the day (one in the morning and one in the afternoon). The rest of the day is spent helping the other Thai assistants (one can speak good English) with looking after the children and supervising them during snack and nap time. You would be working for less than 25 hours a week, and the school day lasts from 8am – 5pm. There are resources and a curriculum is provided but the teacher will also be given the freedom to create their own lesson plans. There are between 10-20 students in the nursery and so it is a small and friendly environment!

Benefits:
You will be paid 30,000 Thai Baht per month and have your work permit expenses covered. The Echo English team will provide support throughout your time with us. We also assist with finding suitable accommodation and obtaining a non immigrant B visa (these expenses are not covered).

Requirements:
-Teaching experience an advantage (not compulsory)
-Available to start teaching by the 30^th January, 2015
-Native English speaker
-Bachelor degree in any subject

-TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certified
