MIDDLE & HIGH SCHOOL ENGLISH HEAD OF DEPARTMENT (HOD) /CURRICULUM DEVELOPER

Founded in 1996, Al Ruya is a Bilingual Islamic School (Arabic/English) following an American curriculum (PreK-12). The school is non-profit, accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) and accepts students of all nationalities, according to placement tests. Requirements:

•Muslim

•Bachelor degree(s) with a major in English literature .

•Gulf experience is an advantage

•Teaching Certificate / License / Diploma / Master of Education .

•CELTA / TESOL / TEFL is an advantage but not recognized on our pay scale.

•4 years of successful high school English teaching experience is an advantage.

•Experience as an English HOD or grade coordinator is an advantage

•Native English speaker
