Classroom Teacher

A qualified Teacher is required to deliver our EFL programmes in Phuket, Thailand.

The Teacher is required to:

teach interactive and inspiring EFL lessons across a range of age groups

coordinate the development of the EFL curriculum

be an ambassador for the charity at a variety of functions

be involved in the wider aspects of running a charity , such as fundraising and networking

The Teacher must:

have a University Teaching qualification

be a fluent English speaker

be flexible and adaptable

be self-motivated and able to work independently

A TEFL certification with experience and the ability to speak Thai would be a huge advantage.

This position is suited to a teacher who is a recent graduate or an experience practitioner who is looking for a new challenge.

Phuket Has Been Good To Us is a Thai registered charity. We were set up in the wake of the 2004 Asian Tsunami to teach English to underprivileged Thai children. We currently provide fluent English speaking teachers to over 1,000 children who would otherwise not have access to proficient EL education.
