IKANative English Speaking Teachers - International Kindergarten, in Aichi, Nagoya
International Kids Academy requires native, English-speaking teachers, for a twelve month contract, commencing April 1st 2015, through to March 31st 2016.
SALARY: Teachers receive 250,000 JPY per month, for the first three months, and 260,000 JPY thereafter. A bonus of 50,000 JPY, every six months, to be paid at the end of the year.
HOURS: 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with approximately six weeks vacation per year.
APARTMENT: Your own furnished apartment provided, at 37,500 JPY per month
MEDICAL: Japanese health insurance (organized by the company)
VISA: Sponsorship is provided
There are no hidden up-front costs to teachers.
Approximately 3-4 weeks training, and training salary, will be discussed during the interview.
Training begins March 2nd, 2015.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native English speakers from: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK or US.
Completed four-year University degree
Experience with young children
Genuine love of children
Genuine interest in Japan
Able to work in a team environment
Flexible to the demands of the job
Kind, outgoing personality
Great sense of humor
The atmosphere at the kindergarten is light and friendly. We require teachers who possess both the aforementioned qualities, as well as desire for a truly rewarding occupation, with a great group of dedicated people.
Successful applicants will be individuals who very much want to be involved in the kindergarten and also have the ability to show creativity and passion for the position.
