Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate instructors who possess the drive, skills, and experience necessary to offer our students top-notch ESL instruction in our offices in both Hong Kong and Beijing.

Capstone’s ESL instructors have two primary responsibilities: teaching and curriculum development. We are looking for people who will not just teach students, but who will also shape the curriculum that helps our students achieve their potential. Our instructors teach a combination of group and private lessons to students with varying degrees of English fluency. Responsibilities include planning rigorous lessons that develop students’ written and oral English communication skills, assigning and grading weekly homework, writing detailed progress reports, and building relationships with both students and parents.

Qualifications

To ensure that we fulfill our education goals, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

Required:

- A university degree, preferably in Education, English as a Second Language, English, or a related field

- A genuine passion for educating and mentoring students

- A genuine interest in education and how to improve it

Desired:

- Previous experience teaching ESL courses

- An ESL teaching license, certification, or similar credentials
