We are seeking dedicated full-time teachers in our Ha Long (3), and Dong Trieu(3) locations for the Academic year (September 2014-May 2015; consisting of 2 school terms) Successful candidates will be able to adapt lesson content, continuously monitor student performance, and deliver meaningful lessons to students. Positions will include a variety assignments including the public school system, lessons at our centres, and private tutoring sessions for a variety of ages and types of courses.

· Guaranteed minimum 15 PAID teaching hours per week; potential of up to 24 or more teaching hours per week, based on needs during the term.

· 1^st term rates start at 22 USD to 23 USD per teaching hour (after TAX), depending qualifications for native speakers. International non-native speakers can expect rates starting at 17 USD to 18 USD per teaching hour (AFTER TAX) and rapid advancement with demonstrated command of English and teaching ability.

· The potential of 24 USD to 25 USD per teaching hour (after TAX) by the end of 2^nd term. Rates are based upon performance assessments conducted on a regular basis.

· Initial 3 month working visa paid by company; company will apply for and provide work permit. Initial cost of work permit will be borne by teacher, but reimbursed upon successful completion of academic year contract.

· Contract completion bonus: refund for the cost of the work permit (800 USD) + 700 USD contract completion bonus. TOTAL for completing contract: 1500USD

· Team of supportive and qualified international managers who provide ongoing professionally-orientated INSET training that goes above and beyond the norms for the ESL industry.

· Extensive and unadulterated advice for accommodation, travel and living conditions in Vietnam.

Full-time positions usually entail 18 teaching-hours per week, spread over five days. Timetables may include teaching at 2 – 3 locations, although you would not expect to travel to more than two sites in a single day.
