My ESL Recruitment are happy to announce an exciting collaboration with world renowned, International House. We are recruiting highly qualified and experienced ESL instructors for very well paid positions in Saudi Arabia. Please see below for job details and the package on offer.

We are looking for 10 teachers for a project that will start on 14th December 2014.

First Degree in BA English or related courses (e.g. Applied Linguistics, Literature, etc)

CELTA or DELTA is a MUST.

Minimum 5 years of experience (in Teaching)

Male, aged between 25-55yo

Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and able to start work immediately

Telephone interview will immediately follow once passed the first evaluation.

Job Specifications:

To teach General English, Technical English and Business English in the orientation program of IIMIT and the Industrial clients of IH Saudi Arabia and IIMIT.

To contribute towards course curriculum development for various levels of English language training.

To conduct placement tests, and do assessment of the students in the weekly tests, quarterly and yearly exams.

To develop customized English language training programs that fit the language training needs of our industrial clients.

To participate in professional development such as attending teacher workshops and other pre-planned training.

You may be deployed to our industrial client’s facility to train their staff in English language. We will arrange the transportation during such visits.

You may also be assigned to any International House center within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Teaching and Working Hours:

Classes may be assigned within the following schedule:

Sunday to Thursday

8 am to 4 pm Or split shift from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 5:00pm to 9:00pm (if based in Dammam)

Saturday is half day usually for admin work and teacher workshops and Friday is a weekly off.

Employment Terms & Benefits:

Employment Status: Single

The contract will be for a period of One year. Renewable on mutual agreement.

The basic salary per month is: SRxxxxx/- (Dependent on candidate evaluation and interview results)

Housing Allowance: Equivalent to two basic salaries per year or a semi-furnished accommodation according to the discretion of the school administration.

Medical insurance coverage. (As per the company insurance policy).

One month paid vacation at the completion of the contract, with a two way economy class air ticket to the capital city of the origin country.

Apart from the one month vacation, you will be entitled to the annual paid holidays of 5 days in the holy month of Ramadan and 5 days during the annual hajj. These holidays will be declared by the government.

A one way ticket in economy class from the capital city of the country of origin will be provided at the time of taking up the employment after signing the terms of contract.
